伯罗奔尼撒半岛，农场，务农的非法劳工，来自孟加拉国的移民工人们工作条件生活条件艰辛到比孟加拉国的村庄都差。
火车的巨大亏空，甚至用出租车运送旅客都比开动火车花费少。
希腊第二大城市：塞萨洛尼基，全国的阅兵仪式，纪念二战的英勇表现，希腊巨大的军费开支，和土国关系紧张，坦克数量约为英法两国加在一起的两倍，看到阅兵队伍时，西蒙吐槽说像在平壤看到的。多年来希腊都是世界上最大的武器进口国之一，西蒙说希腊最大的武器进口供应国之一是德国，也是希腊金融危机的元凶。为购买德国顶尖坦克花了20亿欧元。花费30亿买德国潜艇。德国公司巨资贿赂希腊官员购买这些。所以希腊人恨德国人。
绝大多数希腊人并未受经济危机影响，活在当下。
